PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring adaptor for an endoscope of easy operation for stereo measurement with high precision and reliability and no trouble of a user. SOLUTION: The measuring adaptor 6 for an endoscope is equipped with a mounting part 6a placed at the tip 21 of an inserting part 20 having an observation window 24a of objective optical system 24 within the endoscope 2, and an observation part 6b which is placed forward from the tip surface of the objective optical system 24 under the condition of placing the mounting part 6a at the tip 21 and equipped with a mirror 8 for changing one part of the view direction of the objective optical system 24 to the direction different from the view direction.
