PURPOSE:To obtain a composite ceramic material so designed as to suppress the reaction between a dielectric material and a magnetic material to the utmost in sintering. CONSTITUTION:This composite ceramic material is obtained by sintering a powder mixture of dielectric material and magnetic material. In the sintering, the chemical reaction between the dielectric material and the magnetic material is ensured to suppress to the utmost. This composite material also contains a third substance to lower its sintering temperature. Owing to blending the third substance, the above reaction can be further suppressed because a sintering can be made at lower temperatures. As a result, a chemical reaction hardly occurs. Therefore, the aimed high-quality composite ceramic material free from foreign substances due to the above reaction can be obtained easily. |
