<p>A fixing block for a turntable is provided to facilitate transfer of a substrate as protecting a substrate from being damaged by a fastener, by making the fastener remain inside a block head without being protruded on the block head when the substrate is loaded on the block head. A fixing block(300) for a turntable comprises a block base(310), and a block head(320). The block base has a square plate type. The block head is projected upwards from one side of the block base and comprises an surface(330), inclined from the upper side of the block head to the outside to serve as a substrate loading surface, and a plurality of through-holes(340) on the upper side of the block head penetrating upper and lower side of the block head.</p> |
