The device (D1) has processing units for adjoining identification data of a traffic router (R1) to frames issued from a terminal (T1) connected to the router (R1) and towards another terminal (T2) connected to a traffic router (R2). The data alerts a radio communication network to allocate resources to a portion of a common transmission network e.g. communication satellite (SAT), if the router (R1) is not connected to the portion. The resources are dedicated direct transmission of frames of a main flow between the routers via the portion without transmitting via a call switch (MSC). |
