<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IH cooker electromagnetic wave shield that uses a material to shield electromagnetic waves emitted from an IH cooker. <P>SOLUTION: Two sheets of flat soft magnetism alloy are prepared by mixing Cu, Nb, Ta, Mo, and Zr with an Fe(Si)B alloy, and by interposing a non-magnetic spacer between these, a body sheet 3 is formed. A cut-out portion 4, larger than the bottom face of a cooker vessel, is provided to the body sheet 3 face, a cylindrical wall 5 is formed by an inner peripheral fringe of the cut-out portion 4, and the same material as the body sheet 3 is formed into a narrow long shape and by folding up, provided into a cross-sectional U-shape for making a magnetism deflecting sheet 6. The end fringe of the outer periphery of the sheet 3 and the end fringe of the cylindrical wall 5 are inserted and jointed in the recess of the magnetism deflecting sheet 6 to provide a shieldα; the shieldαis mounted by locating the cut-out portion 4 on the electromagnetic plate of the IH cooker; and the IH cooker is used by containing the cooking vessel in the cylindrical wall 5, thereby the electromagnetic waves from a coil part of the IH cooker are shielded by the shieldα. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
