PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism that, when a user's processing is regarded as an unauthorized action, can prevent subsequent unauthorized actions by suspending the processing and transferring the user's session to another user, and resume the processing if the latter user receiving the former's session gives a command to resume the processing. SOLUTION: It is determined whether or not operation information received from a first client terminal matches prohibition information stored in a prohibition information storage means. If it matches, the processing that pertains to the operation information is suspended, and the session that pertains to the operation information is transferred to a second client terminal identified by destination information stored in the prohibition information storage means in association with the prohibition information that the operation information matches.
