PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, a camera device, an image processing method, and a program for reducing the capacity of a storage device for storing a distortion correction parameter, and reducing cost in terms of a system, and for reducing the communication quantity of distortion correction parameter. SOLUTION: A camera device 10 is provided with an image processor for achieving the distortion correction of an original image picked up by a wide angle lens by using a distortion correction parameter formed like a grid. The image processor is provided with processing parts 14 to 19 each processing the distortion correction parameter of at least either an arbitrary pan or a tilt angle so that it can be shared based on the fact that the distortion of the wide angle lens 111 has symmetry from the center of an optical axis.
