PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic radial tire capable of improving draining performance. SOLUTION: A plurality of land part rows 2 are formed by a plurality of main grooves extending in the circumferential direction on a tread part of the tire, and fine grooves 3 extending in the tire circumferential direction are formed on at least one of shoulder land part rows 2A positioned on the tread end side out of the plurality of land part rows. A land part 5 positioned between the fine groove 3 and a tread end 4 is divided into a plurality of blocks 5a by a lug groove 6 extending in the tire width direction and the maximum groove depth of which is set deeper than groove depth of the fine groove, and groove depth of the lug groove continuously changes so as to be the maximum at an intermediate position between the striation and the tread end.
