<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable length adjusting device capable of performing the adjusting work only by a single hand, and reducing the number of components, the assembly man-hour, and the manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: The cable length adjusting device comprises a cable end 51 having a screw part 53 and a flat part 52, a cable adjusting nut 7 to be screwed to the screw part 53, a fitting pin 4 having a through hole 43 with the screw part 53 being inserted therein, and a locking tool 2 for rotatably and pivotably supporting the fitting pin 4, and adjusts the length of a front cable 5 and a rear cable 6 by adjusting the screwing position of the cable adjusting nut 7.
