FIELD: chemistry, biochemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of leptospira cultivation includes preliminary purification of bouillon on the basis of animal blood serum on membranes with pore diameter 0.45 mcm. Processed in said way bouillon is combined with inoculation culture of leptospira, introduced in amount 10% of medium volume, and is subjected to sterilising filtration on membranes with pore diameter 0.2 mcm together with leptospira inoculation culture. Obtained mixture is directed to additional culture growing until necessary concentration of leptospira is reached. ^ EFFECT: improving quality of leptospira culture, reducing cases of appearance of foreign microflora in production breeding and increasing production efficiency. ^ 1 dwg |
