FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy. Casting machine contains resin facility, foundry conveyor with trough with cells, bin for feeding of solid ingredient, loading unit, located under the bin and loading unit drive. Depending on amount of filler layers in ingot machine is outfitted by one or two loading devices, and resin facility - by two or three tandem resin outlet nozzles for feeding of melt into trough with cells. Bin for feeding of filler in the bottom part allows four distributors. Loading device contains body, two dose drums with four dose tanks - feeders and loading sleeves. Loading device driver is implemented in the form of two rigid on drums gears and rack bar with hydraulic ram. ^ EFFECT: it is achieved improvement of quality and mechanical strength of casting and productivity improvement of casting machine. ^ 1 cl, 3 dwg |
