A wastewater treatment apparatus for simplifying wastewater treatment processes and a wastewater treatment method using the same are provided to reduce processing time and the processing cost remarkably and to improve process efficiency of wastewater. A wastewater treatment apparatus includes a solid-liquid separator(10), a waste water reservoir(20), a reactor(30), a catalyst feed port(40), an ozone supply part(50), a pressure controller(60), a temperature controller(70), a agitating unit(80), a discharging control unit(90), a gas-liquid separator(100), an ozone crusher(110), a temporary reservoir(120), a coagulant feed port(130) and a vacuum evaporator(140). An inlet port(11) is formed on one side of the solid-liquid separator and a wastewater outlet(12) and a sludge outlet(13) are formed on the other side of the solid-liquid separator. The catalyst feed port includes a catalyst storage(41), a first sending unit(42), and a first flow meter(43). The ozone supply part includes an ozone generating part(51), a second sending unit(52) and a second flow meter(53). The pressure controller includes a first pressure control part(61) and a second pressure control part(62). The coagulant feed port includes a coagulant storage(131) and a feeding unit(132).
