The invention relates to a reactive extrusion process for the production of a bioplastic material with bioactive properties, from compostable materials from renewable sources and fossils, said process comprising the following steps: (a) supplying a PLA extruder with an Ecoflex® polymer and alga, preferably of the Ulva sp. type; (b) mixing polymers and alga; (c) degasifying the fumes generated during the reactive extrusion; and pelletizing the bioplastic material. The invention also relates to the resulting bioplastic material. |
