PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete contaminated soil purification system that makes it possible to purify, as a business, a large amount of hazardous metal-contaminated soil and furthermore a hazardous metal-contaminated soil containing harmful substances other than hazardous metals, etc.SOLUTION: The contaminated soil purification system S chelating agent washing unit 20 includes a mixing and dispersing unit 21, a fine-grained soil washing unit 22, a filtration unit 23, a washing liquid regeneration unit 24, a washing liquid reflux mechanism, and a solid-phase adsorbent regeneration mechanism. The mixing and dispersing unit 21 mixes a filter cake produced by filtering the sludge generated by the water washing of a contaminated soil, and a washing liquid containing a chelating agent, and forms a fine-grained soil slurry. The fine-grained soil washing unit 22 flows, while agitating, the fine-grained soil slurry in plug flow and separates the hazardous metal or the like adhering to the fine-grained soil, from the fine-grained soil, and have them captured by the chelating agent.
