PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for wound, which is used for negative-pressure wound therapy, and in which maceration of skin is avoided or reduced while keeping reduction of pressure to reduce damage on skin.SOLUTION: A tool for wound comprises at least one or more opening parts into which a wound part is inserted and a seal member having a bag shape or a sleeve shape for covering the wound in a closed state. The seal member is formed in a roll shape. The seal member is used in a condition that a communication port connected to a fluid absorption source is arranged at a desired position. The seal member has 10 to 100 μm in thickness. Extension force of the seal member is 0.1 to 15 N/25 mm at 10% extension, and 0.5 to 20 N/25 mm at 20% extension.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
