PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a poncho for changing clothes easily, regardless of a place, because during performing sports, sea bathing, or evacuation life, one has to change clothes in various situations without no outfit room.SOLUTION: A poncho is formed into a quadrilateral cylindrical shape, is formed of a thin material to which water repellent finishing is performed with nylon or the like, and which cannot be seen from outside, the poncho can be folded compact.
