A dual fixing device of heat-resistant plastic is fixed to an external surface of a bonding unit which supplies a current of an existing smart charger so that an electrical signal is transmitted from a battery to the charger if charging is completed, an infrared ray receiving unit recognizes the electrical signal and a dual device of the charger pushes the charger by the electrical signal again, thereby physically separating a current supply bonding unit from the battery. Consequently, the charger and the battery are fixed without being separated from each other through the dual device and the bonding unit which supplies a current is separated so that flow of a current no longer exists. |
