The present invention provides a fluid spraying roller unit for transferring a steel sheet, which is simply manufactured and reduces production costs. The fluid spraying roller unit for transferring a steel sheet can form an even oil film on the surface of a roller by reducing unbalance between the pressure of a fluid sprayed through the surface of the roller and the pressure of the supplied fluid. The fluid spraying roller unit for transferring a steel sheet includes: a cylindrical drum having a hollow unit of the fluid spraying roller unit for transferring a steel sheet, wherein multiple first through holes are formed on the outer surface of the cylindrical drum and are connected to the hollow unit; multiple sintering tubes formed of a porous material having a predetermined first porosity and inserted into the cylindrical drum having the first through hole; a first support shaft unit inserted into one side of the cylindrical drum and having a first flange unit to press the sintering tubes, wherein the first support shaft unit has a first shaft on a same axis as that of the cylindrical drum; a second support shaft unit inserted into the other side of the cylindrical drum and having a second flange unit to press the sintering tubes, wherein the second support shaft unit has a second shaft on the same axis as that of the cylindrical drum; and a fixing unit individually fixing the first support shaft unit and the second support shaft unit to the cylindrical drum. |
