Provided is a data transmission method, comprising: according to a maximum power value detected by a CCA of a main channel within one or more processing time periods, determining a power value interval to which the maximum power value detected by the CCA belongs, wherein the determined power value interval is one of one or more power value intervals which are not overlapped with one another; according to the determined power value interval, obtaining a transmission power spectrum density, wherein the one or more power value intervals correspond to one or more transmission power spectrum densities on a one-to-one basis; and when a TXOP is obtained, using a power spectrum density which is not greater than the transmission power spectrum density to perform data transmission on a transmission channel. By means of taking a maximum power value detected by a CCA of a main channel into consideration, a corresponding power value interval is determined, so as to obtain a transmission channel and a transmission power spectrum density which are most suitable for a current channel condition, so that a station can adopt a power spectrum density as great as possible to perform data transmission while improving a channel access probability, thereby maximizing the transmission efficiency of a system. |
