Disclosed is a method for primarily culturing honey bee cells significantly by using a particular growth culturing liquid from particular tissue of a honey bee so as to establish a primary cell culturing technique for honey bee cells. The method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) collecting honey bee eggs; (b) sterilizing the surfaces of the eggs; (c) adding the sterilized eggs in an L15 culturing liquid containing inorganic salt, amino acid, vitamin, D-(+)-galactose, sodium pyruvate, and phenol red and further containing fetal bovine serum, sodium pyruvate, yeast extract, D(+) trehalose dehydrate, N-2-hydroxyethylpiperazine-N′-2-ethanesulfonic acid (HEPES), sodium hydrogen carbonate (NaHCO_3), 1X amino acid, 1X vitamin, and gentamycin, and pulverizing the eggs; and (d) producing a cell cluster by culturing a culturing liquid including the pulverized eggs. |
