The present invention relates to a polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell and a producing method thereof and, more specifically, to a polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell, which improves utilization efficiency of a water electrolysis catalyst by smoothly supplying water to the water electrolysis catalyst in reverse voltage conditions which is generated by lacking hydrogens in an anode electrode through mixing a hydrogen oxidation reacting catalyst and the catalyst in the anode electrode and thinning the thickness of the anode electrode, and can improve durability of a fuel cell up to 10 to 100 times in comparison with a conventional technique by inhibiting a carbon oxidation reaction of the anode electrode when being reverse voltage conditions, and to a producing method thereof. |
