PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head which prevents a compliance area from adhering to a lid member and reduces operation failure caused by adhesion of the compliance area, and to provide a liquid jet device.SOLUTION: A liquid jet head comprises: pressure generating chambers 12 communicating with nozzles 21; a manifold communicating with the pressure generating chambers 12; a flexible member 46 that defines at least part of the wall of the manifold, and which has a compliance area 49 capable of being bent according to a pressure fluctuation in the manifold; a compliance space 131 arranged on the side opposite to the manifold via the flexible member 46; a lid member 130 facing the flexible member 46 via the compliance space 131; a frame member 47 arrange between the flexible member 46 and the lid member 130; and an island member 140 provided between the flexible member 46 and the lid member 130, separated from the frame member 47, and arranged in the compliance area 49.
