PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which adhesive strength becomes insufficient or conduction between an electrode of a piezoelectric body and a diaphragm becomes unstable due to variations of the thickness of an adhesive layer in production.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric body 1 includes a piezoelectric material and an electrode 1a formed on the piezoelectric material. The electrode 1a includes a first electrode area 1 g1a and a second electrode area 1 g1b formed with a roughly uniform thickness on the same surface of the piezoelectric material. An average thickness of the first electrode area 1 g1a is different from an average thickness of the second electrode area 1 g1b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
