PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of reducing a load related to display control of performance symbols.SOLUTION: Types of special symbols to be stationarily displayed on respective special symbol display areas 61A-61G are determined, for example, a special symbol 65A and a special symbol 65B are stationarily displayed on the special symbol display areas 61B and 61G, the special symbol 65A and a special symbol 65C are stationarily displayed on the special symbol display areas 61C and 61F, and special symbols 65A-65D are displayed on the special symbol display area 61A. When stationarily displaying the special symbols, sub control device 40 selects any one special symbol out of the determined special symbols to stationarily display it. In this manner, the game machine limits the types of the special symbols to be stationarily displayed on each of the special symbol display areas 61A-61G so as to reduce a load related to special symbol variation/stationary-display control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16 |
