PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment detachment device which simplifies exchange of magnetic stimulation coils.SOLUTION: An attachment detachment device 400 for a magnetic stimulation coil has: a magnetic stimulation coil 21 to be used in a magnetic stimulation therapy giving magnetic stimulation to a living body; a coil attachment part 22 which is supported by an arm part 23 and is attached by a magnetic stimulation coil; a first engaging part 401; a second engaging part 402; a lock part; and a release part 404. The first engaging part is formed on the magnetic stimulation coil and has a rail shape. The second engaging part is formed at the coil attachment part and has a rail shape freely engaged with the first engaging part by relatively sliding the first engaging part. The lock part maintains a state in which the first engaging part and the second engaging part are engaged. The release part releases the state in which the first engaging part and the second engaging part are engaged in the lock part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
