PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional model creation device and method and a three-dimensional model creation program, capable of creating a three-dimensional model of a blood vessel in which a display method is different according to quality of mapping of plural image areas of the blood vessel on an X-ray image of a blood vessel imaged from two directions.SOLUTION: A control method of a three-dimensional model creation device for creating a three-dimensional model of a blood vessel 1201 is configured to: acquire first and second projection images 1101, 1102 by imaging the blood vessel in which a contrast medium exists, from two directions crossing each other; synthesizing a first synthesis image area based on a first image area Pk in the first projection image and a second image area Qk which is a candidate corresponding to the first image area in the second projection image, for creating the three-dimensional model; then, according to whether or not a probability in which the second image area corresponds to the first image area is equal to or higher than a predetermined threshold, change a display method of the first synthesis image area and then display the three-dimensional model on a display device, and when the probability is less than the threshold, create the three-dimensional model again for replacing the above-mentioned three-dimensional model with the re-created three-dimensional model, for displaying the re-created model on the display device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
