PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for manufacturing a lens capsule expansion device.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a lens capsule expansion device includes the steps as follows: a step of forming a core C of the lens capsule expansion device with an alkali-soluble resin; a step of making an inner mold 6 by the core C, making mold matching between the inner mold 6 and the split molds 7a, 7b of the lens capsule expansion device, and thereby forming a clearance space S between the split molds 7a, 7b and the inner mold 6; a step of injecting an alkali resistance resin melted at the temperature lower than a melting point of the alkali-soluble resin in the clearance space S; a step of forming the core and a complex 9 comprising the alkali resistance resin by cooling the split molds 7a, 7b and solidifying the alkali resistance resin; a step of deteriorating the core C by applying a physical external force to the complex 9; and a step of immersing the complex 9 in an alkaline solution L to elute the core C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
