PURPOSE:To enable easy and rapid carrying of a proper part by inspecting an attraction position of a part by a part holding means and a configuration of a constituent element projecting to a side of a part by using a single imaging means. CONSTITUTION:Plane transmission light and side transmission light of a part W attracted to a part holding means 1 are introduced to a single imaging means 4, and plane transmission image and side transmission image of the part W are picked up and image processing is performed for part inspection. When it is judged as defective as a result of inspection, the part is not carried to an operational position 300 but discharged. Meanwhile, when it is judged as normal, error of an attraction position obtained by the image processing is corrected and the part is carried to the operational position 300 at a proper position. |
