<p>Tris - (hydroxymethyl) - aminomethane derivatives, having antiacidotic action, are produced by reaction of monocarboxylic aminated organic acids or inorganic salts thereof with tris - (hydroxymethyl) - aminomethane or acid addition salts thereof. Specified novel derivatives are the theophylline-7-N-acetate, 6,8-thioctate, orotate and pangamate of tris-(hydroxymethyl)-aminomethane.</p> |
