In a circuit assembly, e.g. a digital measuring apparatus, a plurality of sub-assemblies 9 and individual components such as valves 12 and relays (not shown) are plugged into a printed circuit panel 7 which, with a second printed circuit panel 8 perpendicular thereto, forms a circuit support. A mains supply connection 14 and a switch and monitoring unit 17 are also plugged into the circuit support. The assembly is accommodated in a housing 1 containing a rectangular frame of which the top 4 and base 5 are visible in Fig. 2; sub-assemblies 9 comprise base plates which slide from the rear between grooves 11 in the frame top 4 and switch plates 10 on panel 7. A front plate 20 abuts the frame and panel 7. |
