MIXTURES WITH PHYSIOLOGICAL (E.G. GALLSTONE ELIMINATING, ANTIVIRAL, ANTITOXIN) AND COSMETIC ACTIVITY. G3A. Consist of (a) any desired molecular grouping singly or multiply linked to di-nitrilo-R-carboxylic acid groups (e.g. benzoic acid p-di-nitrilo-R-tricarboxylic acid) (which can be mixed in the form of their salts with M-SO4, MM-SO4, M-PO4, MM-PO4, M-MO4, MM-MO4, M-O2 and/or MM-O2 cpds.) or (b) any desired molecular grouping which can have one or more nitrilocarboxylic acid groups (e.g. di-methyl-nitrilo-R-carboxylic acids). - Activities mentioned are: elimination of gallstones, antivirus and antitoxin activity, local vasodilatory action (when applied in ointment form). When not properly adapted to the intended use and when administered over long periods, the mixtures can be damaging to health and vitamins, hormones, ferments and enzymes can be attacked. When this occurs, vitamins, and, if necessary, e.g. hormones, enzymes, ferments have to be added; such additive should be stabilized (e.g. by inclusion in hardened gelatin) that they only become active after 8-12 hrs. or the additives may be administered separately after an interval of 8-12 hrs.
