PURPOSE:To provide a voice conversation device realizing natural conversation by adaptively outputting an optimum response sentence adapted to the history of the conversation and excellent for a human interface. CONSTITUTION:A conversation history control part 106 stores the history of the conversation inside while controlling it, and a conversation condition decision part 107 decides the conversation within a range that no naturalness of the conversation is injured, as one conversation state based on the conversation history, and on the other hand, in a conversation condition transition table 108, information capable of instructing on the response sentence in a synthesis response sentence memory 109 corresponding to the transition of every conversation state is stored. A conversation control part 105 retrieves the instruction information of the corresponding response sentence from the conversation state transition table 108 when the conversation state is transited to transmit to a response message generation part 110, and a response message is formed. Thus, it is made possible to always respond with a proper response sentence according to the history of the conversation. |
