The pulse generator, for generating pulses with variable slope, consists of two variable current sources switched through alternately to a capacitor to charge it and discharge it respectively. When a switch is not connecting a current source to the capacitor it is connecting that source via a diode to a fixed voltage. A voltage limiter is connected to the output side of the capacitor. The voltage limiter consists of two limiting diodes (DB) One is connected by its cathode to a first voltage and by its anode to the capacitor whilst the other is connected by its cathode. to the capacitor and by its anode to a second voltage. |
