PURPOSE:To obtain the subject apparatus enabling wanton to be molded continuously by using a mold capable of molding wonton to approximate Japanese bladder cherry shape as if the resultant wonton were a hand-made one and a second mold enabling a coating to be put to contact bonding at several points spottedly. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is so designed as to be equipped with a molding base plate 1 having plural molding holes 2, a pair of contact bonding plates 3a, 3b arranged facing to each other so as to be movable in a mutually approaching way on the base plate 1 and having a contact bonding part to make a contact bonding of a coating forced into the mutually facing surfaces, and a plate 23 arranged and supported above this contact bonding plate and provided with mold holes 26 capable of forcing the center of a coating into the respective corresponding positions for the molding holes 2. A coating (a) put on the plate 23 is forced through the mold holes 26 into the molding holes 2 and filled with ingredients (b) and then ensured to conduct a contact bonding by the movement of both the plates 2a and 3b in a mutually approaching way. Each of the contact bonding parts is fitted with an elastic contact bonding member 20, at least one party of these members 20 being provided with projections 21 for contact bonding to ensure the coating (a) to be put to contact bonding at several points spottedly. |
