Crystalline polymeric fat acid polyamides have intimately dispersed therein a nucleating agent which is a nylon, polyethylene, polypropylene, an ionomer of an ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer, a polycarbonate or a copolyamide of a polymeric fat acid, sebacic acid and bisaminoethylbenzene. The crystalline polymeric fat acid polyamides are generally copolymers also containing units of C 8-12 dibasic acids. Various crystalline polyamides and nucleating agents are described. |
