PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable data to be printed on a pad of plural sheets of paper which are attachable and separable by printing a string of characters on a paper placed at the top position of the pad and discharging the pad through a discharge means. SOLUTION: A guide 215 is moved in the Y direction by rotation of a motor 220 until a lifting shaft 211 is separated from the tapered part of a lifting plate. In this case, a shaft holder 209 is pressed against a viscous stack paper by the tractive force of a coil spring. Next, CPU controls motors 212, 220 and a head 214, starting printing data on the viscous stack paper, according to print data stored in the work area of RAM, based on data entered by a user. If all the printing is completed, a guide 21 is sent to the top part of the Y direction by controlling the motor 220. Further, a latch is attracted by energizing a solenoid to release the holding of a stopper. |
