The bypass valve of an automatic transmission vehicle is characterized in that a valve with a lot of holes is placed between an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe. A wax which expands or contracts according to the temperature is placed at the entrance of the valve. A spring is placed at the other side thereof in order to change the circulation path of the oil according to the movement of the valve.
