PURPOSE: To extract emulsion or cream mainly composed of a soluble material without denaturing any effectively usable component by crushing and filtering later unprocessed beans or seeds while spraying liquid. CONSTITUTION: The soluble material is extracted by crushing and filtering the unprocessed beans (such as soybeans) or oleo-seeds while spraying liquid (such as water at 70 to 100 deg.C). It is not necessary to remove or soften the husks of unprocessed beans or seeds. The provided soymilk or cream can be effectively used for skin-care products or other milky lotions for cosmetics as well.
