PURPOSE:To make a process capable of uniformly mulling with a better compatibility to the resin, by means of injecting, at a position near around a resin supply port of the extruding machine, a mixed liquid made from a specific quantity respectively of tertiary butylcoumarine peroxide of cross-linking agent and specific antioxidant. CONSTITUTION:A mixed liquid L, made from the cross-linking agent of 2.0 to 3.0 wt% of tertiary butylcoumarine peroxide and the antioxidant of 0.2 wt.pt. of thiobis (6-tertiary butylorthokreosol) 4, 4', is injected into within an extruding machine at near around a resin supply port 2. For instance, a polyethylene resin PE is supplied into within a cylinder 3 of the extruding machine from through the supply port 2, and the above described mixed liquid L is injected from an injection hole 7, with a mulling processed by a screw 4, after applied an extrusion coating to the periphery of a conductor wire W that passes through anextrusion port 6, a thermal crosslinking treatment is processed. In such processing, a better compatibility can be provided mutually between the cross-linking agent and the antioxidant and the resin, with the bloom phenomenon eliminated, capable of uniformly mixing. |
