PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of interference to an adjacent channel and a nearby system, by eliminating the discontinuity of a burst-like modulated wave through an LPF. CONSTITUTION:An input data signal is turned on and off by a base-band switching circuit 5 with a burst control signal and then supplied to a linear modulator 3 through an LPF4 to perform the orthogonal amplitude modulation of a radio carrier wave from an oscillator 1. Therefore, the spread of an unnecessary spectrum due to burst switching is suppressed by the LPF4 to remove its influence upon a nearby system. |
