PURPOSE:To project a burnishing agent in concentration to the rusted portion of a small area by forming a burnishing agent projector with a burnishing agent injection diffusor and an injection nozzle with its tip arranged concentrically near the diffusor and connected to an air feed source. CONSTITUTION:When an air valve 29 and on/off lever 31 are made on, the air is fed into a main air passage 27, and a burnishing agent is fed by pressure into a feed hose 34 by the action of the first pilot hose 28. The burnishing agent fed by pressure enters into a feed passage 33 and is again accelerated by the air injected through an injection nozzle 40, then it is injected to the workpiece surface 42 to be burnished through an injection diffusor 39. The burnishing agent having hit the surface 42 is fed into a pot together with rust from an exhaust port 36 through a recovery hose 37, then the rust with small specific gravity is recovered into a bag filter by means of the second nozzle and the burnishing agent is reused. |
