PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric porcelain composite which has a high dielectric constant, a large no-load Q, and a good stability of the temperature coefficient 7tau, by composing the dielectric porcelain composite out of specific component elements shown in a specific composition formula. CONSTITUTION:This dielectric porcelain composite consists of Ca, Mg, Ti, Nd, Ce, and O shown in the composition formula: a[(CaO)1-L (MgO)L].bTiO2.cNd2O3.dCeO2 (in the formula, 0.4125<a<0.6, 0.3<b<0.4625, 0.07<c<0.20, 0<d<0.025, 0.1<L<0.5, a+b+c+d=1, and a/b<1). |
