<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the size and weight of a generator by forming a pole core of a permanent magnet, and providing a field coil which reduces or aids the magnetic flux of the core. CONSTITUTION:A pole core 111' is formed of a permanent magnet, and a field coil 112' is wound in a direction for reducing the magnetic flux. A voltage regulator 3' controls the output voltage at the prescribed value by switching the supply of interruption of the current to the coil 111'. When thus formed, the load of the field coil which contributes to the generation is reduced, the number of winding is reduced, or the winding radius is reduced. As a result, the size and weight of the generator can be reduced. Further, when a field coil which aids the magnetic flux by the pole core is used, similar effect can be obtained by altering the circuit of a voltage regulator.</p> |
