PURPOSE:To reduce the size and thickness of a brushless motor by employing as a rotor a field magnet which alternately has N- and S-poles and threading it with an output shaft rotating and moving vertically. CONSTITUTION:Armature coils 9-1, 9-2 and position detecting element 10 are provided through magnetic yokes 7-1, 7-2 at the upper and lower surfaces of the body 4 of a brushless motor 1. On the other hand, a field magnet 11 which alternately has N- and S-poles is opposed as a rotor, and supported by vertical movement restricting members 14-11, 14-12. The output shaft 15 which rotates and moves vertically is clamped through threaded part 13 with the field magnet 11. When thus formed, the size and thickness of a disc-shaped brushless motor which has the output rotating and moving vertically can be reduced. |
