PURPOSE:To improve the strength of a ceramic shaft by screwing a fixing bolt into a threaded hole provided in an end face of a metal shaft not to make the ceramic shaft penetrate up to the inducer side. CONSTITUTION:A collar member 2 is fitted to a median diameter shaft portion 11A of a ceramic shaft 11 butted against a metal shaft portion 11B. Further the extetion of the median diameter shaft portion 11A and the metal shaft portion 11B are fitted to a mounting hole 13B of an impeller 13 so that the end face of a collar 13A is pressed to contact with the collar member 2. Thus, by screwing a fixing bolt 14 from the inducer side end face of the impeller 13 through a through hole 13C into a threaded hole 15 in the metal shaft portion 11B, the impeller 13 is secured fixedly to the ceramic shaft 11 so that the strength of the ceramic shaft is improved. |
