PURPOSE:To replace a failed diode without stopping the operation of a mixer, by accommodating two diodes to separate diode mounts respectively. CONSTITUTION:A line 3 of a mixer formed on a dielectric board 4 is formed with prolonged lines 12, 13 additionally and respectively, and the diodes 1, 2 are connected to the outside of a metallic case 11 via coaxial connectors 6, 9. The diode 1, 2 are accommodated in diode mounts 5, 10 made of the coaxial connector and the metallic case respectively. Further, the electric length from the start point of the prolonged lines 12, 13 to the diodes 1, 2 via the coaxial connectors 6, 9 is an integer multiple of a half wavelength of signals. Through the forming in this way, the failed diode is replaced without stopping the operation of the mixer. |
