发明名称 AMMONIA INJECTION APPARATUS
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent the accumulation of dust and to stably maintain proper NH3- injection for a long period of time corresponding to the NOx- amount in a duct in vertical and horizontal directions, by extending the length of a nozzle in an NH3- injection apparatus for denitrating waste gas. CONSTITUTION:In an NH3- injection apparatus wherein an injection pipe 5 having several injection nozzles 6 arranged therein in parallel to a gas stream is arranged in a duct in order to inject NH3 into a waste gas denitrating apparatus as a reducing agent, the length of each nozzle arranged in the injection pipe 5 is extended forwardly from the stay part of gas to be treated generated by the injection pipe 5. If the length of the nozzle is set to one 2-3 times on the basis of the diameter (D) of the injection pipe, injected NH3 is carried on the gas stream to be uniformly flowed to a downstream catalyst layer and the solidification and growth of dust is prevented while each nozzle is prevented from clogging caused by the adhesion of dust to the injection part thereof.</p>
