PURPOSE:To perform stable spraying with good efficiency, by constituting the titled apparatus so that an electric vibrator is excited in the diameter direction thereof to vibrate a nozzle plate and the liquid in a pressure chamber is sprayed from a nozzle while providing a fixing part of the outer peripheral surface of the electric vibrator. CONSTITUTION:When the outer diameter of piezoelectric ceramic 3 is set to r3, a diameter direction fixing part 24 is structurally processed so as to make the inner diameter r4 thereof slightly larger than r3 and, therefore, force generated by extension and contraction strain in the diameter direction of the piezoelectric ceramic 3 becomes uniform on the circumference of a circle of the piezoelectric ceramic 3 and can be transmitted to the center part of the nozzle plate 6 in an opening as vibration energy rich in axial symmetricity. Therefore, the vibration body constituted of the nozzle plate 6 and the piezoelectric ceramic 3 shown vibration width distribution rich in axial symmetricity and stable spray operation can be performed with extremely good efficiency.
