This socket is of the type comprising an end-piece 12 which, intended to the engaged in the opening of the object 30 to be equipped, has a hollow shank (shaft) 13, in the conduit of which the electrical conductor 16 may be engaged and, transversely, on the outside of the said hollow shank (shaft) 13, a plurality of small elastically-deformable blades 18 suitably stepped along the latter. According to the invention, the small elastically-deformable blades 18 are indented and thus form, jointly, a second conduit 24 for the electrical conductor 16, outside the shank (shaft) 13, and the latter has, on the inside, an array of ribs in the form of a chicane and which are suitable for forming means for retaining this electrical conductor 16.
