The subject of the invention relates to a transformable lightweight boat device. It is constituted by the combination of two parallel hulls 1, 2 which are connected in a stable manner by rigid ties 4, 5, 6, 13 with a detachable and movable axial hull 3 provided with assembly means permitting various positionings or its removal, but including, in addition to its adjustable locking elements rigging supports, this assembly being able to receive a detachable platform. It is intended to enable a user to use a boat called a catamaran, to transform it into a trimaran or alternatively to use it as a single float and which can be used more particularly as a lightweight beach and pleasure craft. <IMAGE>
